Summer Disco

Join us for a fun-filled evening at Horfield Primary School on Friday, July 4th! We have exciting events for all year groups. Your support makes these events possible!

1. Years R-2 Disco (5:00 PM – 6:15 PM)

• Event: School Disco for Reception & Years 1 & 2
• Time: 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM
• Pick-up: 6:15 PM

2. Years 3-5 Disco (6:30 PM – 7:45 PM)

• Event: School Disco for Years 3, 4, and 5.
• Time: 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
• Pick-up: 7:45 PM

3. Year 6 Leavers Disco (8:00 PM – 9:15 PM)

• Event: School Disco for Year 6.
• Time: 8:00 PM – 9:15 PM
• Pick-up: 9:15 PM.
• Volunteers: Being managed by Abbie Forbes, please contact her directly.

Important Notes for All Events:

• No need to print tickets, as attendance will be taken. Children should bring a named water bottle. Squash and crisps will be provided.
• Mobile phones are not permitted at the disco. If brought to school, they must be left in a designated box until collection.
• The entrance to the Reception Outdoor Classroom is via the gate before the main door to the school office.
• The top and bottom gates will be locked during the events.
• All children must be collected and will not be allowed to walk home alone.
• Your child’s name will be on an attendance list.
