Join us for a fun-filled evening at Horfield Primary School on Friday, January 24th! We have exciting events for all year groups. Your support makes these events possible!

1. Reception Story Hour

• Event: Will no take place on a separate day, please see the other event.

2. Years 1-3 Disco (5:15 PM – 6:30 PM) 

• Event: School Disco for Years 1, 2, and 3.
• Time: 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM
• Details: No need to print tickets, as attendance will be taken. Children should bring a named water bottle. Squash and crisps will be provided.
• Pick-up: 6:30 PM (collection locations not specified in the original text, but likely the same as drop-off).

3. Years 4-6 Disco (6:45 PM – 8:00 PM)

• Event: School Disco for Years 4, 5, and 6.
• Time: 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM
• Details: No need to print tickets, as attendance will be taken. Children should bring a named water bottle. Squash and crisps will be provided. Mobile phones are not permitted at the disco. If brought to school, they must be left in a designated box until collection.
• Pick-up: 8:00 PM. All children must be collected and will not be allowed to walk home alone.

Important Notes for All Events:

• The entrance to the Reception Outdoor Classroom is via the gate before the main door to the school office.
• The top and bottom gates will be locked during the events.
• Your child’s name will be on an attendance list.
